My elderly parents had their heat go out. Based on neighbors' recommendatons, they contacted Steve Austin on a Saturday morning. Steve said he could be there in 15 minutes. He arrived, quickly diagnoised the problem, had the part he needed on his truck and was able to make the repair immediately. He was extremely pleasant and reasonably priced. We couldn't have asked for better service!\r
