When are people going to take responsibility for their own actions ? The signs are bigger in Baltimore than any jurisdiction in the Country. Everybody knows you can't park on private property and leave the property. I did it, paid my fine and left. And I was treated with respect. The Owner of the Company is a Born Again Christian. Had a nice conversation with him, and he reduced my fee.
