Level of Service was absolutely horrible, even though we paid a month in advance they made us wait in a long line with everybody else who was purchasing ticket the day of. Defeating the purpose of paying ahead and going to will-call, there is no will-call just one long line for everybody and all the shows they have thus making us waste almost 1 hr between that line and the ""so called"" VIP que line.....Absolutely Horrible Service yet the Show was decent but I would never wait in a line like that again for a B grade show...
