Review content:
ADVERTISEMENT SAYS 75 dollar package of internet and cable. Internet should be 5 Mbs and cable should be half decent at that rate. Cable is decent at best and internet is actually .5 Mbs, they offer you the ability to upgrade for $30 more. I would recommend you live as far as st george and drive to school rather than work with this deceiving company. Only real plus side is the maintenance workers. Until they stop false advertising and treat tenants with respect, no recommendation. \r

Rating compared to other apartments: 1 because you can find better apartments for a lower overall cost. Their standards V pricing do not meet the market standards.\r

*note about washer and dryer - Dryer does not work in the winter because the vents get clogged with snow. You can run the dryer but it will most likely take 2-3 full runs to dry your clothes.
