Review content:
Banfield in Monroe NC, butchered my dog when doing her surgery. I was so horrified i took my dog to an emergency pet hospital and had them look at the open wound left by the doctor. One of the staff member told me it looked like a ""hack job"" and recommended another place to go.\r

When i finally had the manager speak to me and the doctor as well they said they had spoken to the other hospital staff and that they said they had never made those comments.\r

I have pictures as proof of a brutal surgery that looks like it was done with a hacksaw. NEVER AGAIN. \r

I told them i was not paying for their monthly extortion fee anymore after this .
