When we had an emergency issue on a Sunday night, Roto Rooter was able to send someone out on short notice. They couldn't fix the problem at that time but scheduled someone to come back the next morning. The next day, no one showed up at the scheduled time and we did not receive a call or any notification that they were running late or there was an issue. We had to call the office a couple times to find out when someone would be there and a few hours later, they sent out the same person who came out the night before - even though he was not the one who was originally scheduled. \r

The plumber, Steve, did a great job.He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Even though we were frustrated that they did not send someone at the scheduled time or at least notify us, we were very pleased with the service Steve provided.
