Review content:
I am a State Farm staff member in Illinois trying to assist one of our clients who had the misfortune of a break-down in the state of GA. Customer Service is what we sell in our everyday work. Oh, my gosh......quite the opposite for A Tow in Alpharetta. Where is the Southern hospitality ? No warm & fuzzy personality I have always known for the South. (In fact, my oldest son moved back to GA because he missed it after previously residing in this wonderful state). My concern is......why would the police ever subject anyone to this company. They were rude and uncaring. The girl I had the misfortune of talking to acted like she could give a darn less. At one point I thought it must be ""candid camera"" as a joke. Her voice was like I woke her up from a nap. If she could get a job......anyone could. Do the police have a stock ownership in this company, or what? The only reason I even gave one star......They did know how to pick up the phone & say HHHHEEEELLLLLLOOOO.
