we have used them 4 times since April 2005. The salesman, Tom, and staff we worked with were 100% on the ball, and very professional. We did what we said we were going to do, therefore they did what they said. If we were taking more than what we said we were taking in the original estimate, we called and told them so they would know and could add it to the price. The second time we moved with them we had a full pack, they came in, packed everything according to rooms and were very organized. NOTHING was broken in the move. When it got to our destination Everything was unpacked in timely manner, the guys were very careful with our things. everything was put where we told them to put it.
Pros: consistant and professional
Cons: a little spendy, but well worth it
