Went to Barrio last night with my husband. We were seated upstairs, which upon second thought was great since it was a bit quieter. It's definitely a scene downstairs and on the patio. Our server was good, not great. I started with the Enter the Dragon cocktail - warning, this is not ""Minnesota"" spicy - it is REAL spice (loved it!). I also tried the Guerro later with dinner. Both drinks were good and worth the price. For food, we tried a little bit of everything: house cured salmon, crab empanadas, queso fundito and 4 different tacos (mahi mahi, chorizo, carnitas and shrimp). The salmon was good, but it was a very light portion (for $7.50). The empanadas were fabulous as was the queso (not at ALL like your typical ""cheese dip""). The tacos were great, although we probably won't get the chorizo one again. Also, for dessert, you MUST try the churros with Mexican Hot Chocolate dipping sauce. I would literally go back just for that. Overall, it was a great dinner, we ordered in three different rounds and had a nice 2-hour dinner. The tab was a bit high ($120!), but we did order a lot of food and had a total of 5 drinks. Will definitely go back (although might prefer with a larger group). Pros: Amazing food, good ""scene,"" CHURROs!! Cons: Expensive (but worth it!)
