They are the most unprofessional, rude and unreliable company I have ever dealt with.\r
They have cost our building thousands of dollars in fines and late payments; the monthly financial reports are ALWAYS inaccurate, and they NEVER acknowledge making any mistakes at all. On the contrary, they ignore the calls of the shareholders, thinking the problems or outstanding items are going to go away. - I had neighbors tell me they don't want to call the management company because they are mean to them and extremely unfriendly. - the president of the company and his wife, our property manager, have proven to us that they are unreliable, incompetent and unprofessional.
