Review content:
Becca, The ""lady"" who ""greets"" you and checks you out, is the rudest and most uncaring customer service ever! She was extremely rude to patients in front of other patients. She was extremely rude again when trying to check out. She told another office member to shut up. Dr. White is no longer there. The office manager wasn't in. The one and only nice person was the new dentists assistant, Serena (sp?). She was so sweet! She tried to make the appt. easier. For some reason though,every corner, Becca was barking orders at the rest of the staff. I wasn't the only one who said something. I can honestly say she displayed the rudest customer service ever that I have seen. She could care less. The one exception was in front of the dentist for one minute. Becca's attitude was terrible,demeaning, and embarrassing. It's bad enough going to the dentist. To then be treated like garbage was unbelievable. I don't understand why she works there if she hates the patients so much!? I would have walked out if it wasn't for the dental assistant Serena. There are much better dental offices in GP or Medford. You can't get out of there fast enough. No, the reason for going in wasn't fixed either. By the time I left I didn't care anymore about the toothache! I would STAY AWAY IF she is working there.
