Review content:
We had heard that this was the place to go to when you are on the north shore. It certainly did not disappoint when we visited last Friday night. Considering that the tourist season has not started there was a fairly decent crowd in the restaurant. The decor is rather simple but the food is not. We started with an Ahi Tuna pizza. It was quite inventive and was fairly good. My wife order the lamb for her main course while I chose the Pre Fixe option. My first course was a smoked pheasant salad and was absolutely fantastic. My main course was a terriene of osso bucco on a bed of grits. Both main courses were very good. We finished by sharing my flourless chocolate cake. Nothing unique here. Good but not great, though we was a couple other desserts going to other tables that looked very good. \r

All in all, this restaurant would do very well in downtown Minneapolis. What is great is that you can be on the north shore to experience.
Pros: Quality and inventiveness of the food
Cons: Atmosphere is a bit sterile
