Review content:
I don't really understand why people keep talking about spending over $6,000? I didn't need to have a lot of correction done (vision was -1.50 for each eye) but my pricing was no where near that much. They offer a bunch of savings. If you actually listen to what they have to say they tell you exactly where your money is going. Apparently some of you don't understand that insurance doesn't pay for lasik. I have to say that personally, I had a really great experience with the whole process. They have you meet with someone first to go over what is involved with the lasik and then you can pay for your testing for that day. The lasik scheduler I met with (Margi) was really wonderful. I was nervous about the process because I didn't and still don't like people touching my eyes, and she never once minded that I was asking her a million and one questions. It was truly refreshing going to a doctor's office where every single person I encountered was kind. Even employees just walking through the waiting room would say hello! The office in Lake Mary reminds me of walking through a really modern hotel. I don't know if she still works there, but I have to say, on the day of my surgery there is one lady who will make you laugh so much. By the time I got back to the surgery area I completely forgot about my nerves. If you ever go there, look out for the little Scottish lady with white hair! :)
