Jason was very flexible regarding my schedule (even though he was in the middle of a large project). He is very personable and knowledgable and ensured I knew what my options were before proceeding. He also knew how to relate based on my knowledge level and I think he does that for everyone. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, no nonsense technician!
