I can't put into words how thankful I am to Express Plumbing being there when I needed them. I'm not from the area and was visiting my elderly mother in Northern California. I was awakened in the middle of the night and as soon as I stepped foot on the floor I knew something was wrong, I was hoping I'm dreaming but unfortunately that wasn't the case, the room was all wet, this was about 2 am. I really was out of my element and didn't know what to do, I started fumbling through my phone and calling whatever number I could come across on Google, most places had recordings during that time, others were an answering service that routed the calls to multiple plumbers and whoever gets there first, I needed someone fast because that water was getting worse and I couldn't even figure out where it came from. To my surprise when I called these guys a real live person answered and had someone at my door in an hour. They had some kind of machine to detect leaks and stopped it in its track, they even referred me to a nice local carpet guy that came out and took care of the wet carpets. You'd think they'd be grumpy at 3 am but no they were very friendly, helpful and very reasonable on the price. Thank you for a great service, I hope I never need them again but if I do they will be the ones I call.
