What a disaster! Watch out!!! They gave me an estimate in writing and we agreed on the $$. They also promised a two week turnaround. Three and 1/2 months later (and a lost summer season), after many, many excuses, I finally got a phone call that the rv was ready. I was shocked to also receive a new invoice for $6,000 more than agreed upon. I'll be seeing them in court, since they won't return phone calls or won't even discuss this face to face.
