Do NOT use this company for an ""ADT alternative""! They SUCK! I ordered the ADT system, and it probably would have been a good deal, HOWEVER due to UN-PROFESSIONAL mannerism, HARASSMENT, and other circumstances, I CANCELLED within an hour of ordering! They charged me anyway, REFUSED to cancel to the point they were calling me once an hour last night, and even had the NERVE to go ahead and place a service call and told the man I was back and forth, but went ahead with the order. Luckily for the installation man, he called! Otherwise, he would have had to explain himself to the local police officers!
NEWSFLASH: Police are ABOVE the security system!
If this is ""security"", I could get pit bulls instead and have a better security system! This is PURE HARASSMENT, NOT SECURITY! I will NEVER recommend ADT, even though they used a TOTALLY MESSED UP company to sell their system!
I chose a local security company, because of this!
GOOD LUCK if you decide to go with Locktite!
