Needed snowblower service and repair. These folks truly are professionals. From the moment I dropped
off the snowblower to the time I got it back, I had a sense of confidence that these folks knew their business and that they appreciated me as a customer. There was an up front explanation of what they planned to do, and an initial cost estimate. The repairs and service to my snowblower engine were made in a timely manner and the cost was as estimated. Upon retrieval, they helped load it up and gave me a few tips on its use and how to keep it in good running order. They went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. I rate them excellent. This is an independent review as I am not related to, know no one and do not have a financial stake in this business.
