King's was recommended by a trusted, former office furniture dealer. I wish we would have gotten a second opinion. We ordered $10K in new desks. We were told delivery would happen Jan 11th. It did not. Nor were we ever informed of this. Our furniture arrived a month late. If we had not taken initiative to call them, we would have never heard from them regarding the arrival & delivery. We were told they were so late because they personally inspected our desks before setting them up. Once the desks arrived (the boxes were not untaped/opened/inspected), two desks were obviously damaged & broken. Rather than offering to exchange them, we were told they were going to "tape the cracks together". We were appalled & refused. So after waiting this long we still do not have complete desks. Don't torture yourself. Do not buy from King's in Eugene.
