Review content:
I received excellent service during an oil change at this location. During the oil change the technician came to the waiting room and told me of all the findings he found in regards to my vehicle. He told me that my battery was getting low, my power steering fluid was low, and that I should look into getting new tires on my vehicle. He was very thorough in his explanation and talked in a manner in which I could totally understand. I drove straight home and when I was ready to leave there I noticed a huge puddle of oil under my car. I started the car and the oil light came on. I called the shop immediately and the technician remembered that he had forgotten to put the cap back on my oil pan and all the oil ran out on the driveway. I was not very happy as now I had to clean my driveway.
