I called to sign up for a carry permit class and within 30 minutes changed my mind. I called back and spoke to a very rude older gentleman who refused... refused... to cancel my booking. I told him that a non-refund policy was never mentioned and his response was, ""why would I tell you about refunds when I wouldn't think you would want to cancel. It's crazy"". That is an exact quote... I have since had several people tell me about confrontations with staff at RM with attitudes. I did get my refund, but for a woman that was signing up for a protection class I have to say that he was very intimidating and had me somewhat rattled. A police officer friend recommended a more professionally run business.
