Rices is open every Tuesday and seasonally on Saturdays. There are also special Holidays they are open.
It is an outdoor flea market. Vendors rent stands and offer their wears to the many folks who attend. Parking can be crazy on lovely summer days.
I thought there was an over abundance of socks when I was there, but there were lots of vendors offering everything from used books to hand crafts, plants and more. And of course there is the usual assortment of things from basements, garages and attics.
