You know what they say the definition of insanity is? Doing the same thing again and expecting a different result. I do consider myself sane, but when I look back on my actions concerning my hair, I was insane. For the last 18 months there has been a change in my stylist I have had for over 10 years. For whatever reason, she was either forgetful of my appointments or late. She always double-booked and I feel like I was no longer a priority - she took me (and my $50 tips) for granted. My highlights were sloppy and so was my cut, and I just had enough of this. I asked a friend where she went and was told Guys & Dolls. I then did my research and was impressed with the reviews. I was lucky enough to get Tory and it was like we were best friends after 15 minutes. She totally 'got me' and understood what I wanted and what I needed and she then gave it to me.
