I just wanted to thank you again for the service you provided my daughter and I and our friends last weekend. We wouldn't travel in Dallas without you anymore. You make it so easy, so comfortable and so pleasant. Mostly I want to tell you how much we enjoyed Frank, our driver. We were treated with respect, and friendliness, and he made us feel special. He has a great sense of humor and personality. We had so much fun chatting with Frank and having him as part of our weekend both picking us up and our return to the airport on Sunday. WE told him we wanted him and only him on Sunday and there he was, even though Sunday is a normal day off for him. You have a wonderful employee in Frank and next year when we travel for our yearly Monsters of Hip Hop event at the Westin...we'll be hoping Frank is still with you and can be our driver again. Frank is wonderful and so is your service. Thank you, thank you, thank you! \r
