Review content:
It was time to make a change, not just for me, but for my family. While receiving treatments at Healthsource for my lower back (which is amazingly better), I notice a lot of talk about a weight loss program. Now I had tried just about every fad in the book, from weight watchers to Akins, and I would lose weight, but over time I would just pack it back on. \r
\r
The main reason for this I believe is that I never really understood WHAT I was putting in my body. I would just count points, eat frozen high processed meals and loose a little and spend a fortune. At that point, I knew more about the gas in my engine, than the enzymes in my bloodstream. The weekly classes, BRDs, working out, and just learning HOW to eat have shown me to loose over 40 lbs! And this is just the beginning. I have always been a big guy, so my goal weight I set for my self at first seemed kinda high at 100lbs, but after going this good, I KNOW I'm going to achieve it, and even go farther. One of the most important things of all?\r
\r
I AM NOT HUNGRY. I am not starving or craving every little piece of chocolate, ice cream and fast food that I've always craved. I've learned to train my body to do what it should, eat what it should and react as it should. My body is my temple and it was given to me to take care of. For most of my life, I've failed that mission. But with Healthsource guiding light, I am going to kick this body into shape and make it the one that God meant for it to be since I was born. I am on my way. Join me, its a wonderful journey.
