Businiess name:  National Audio

Review content:
I recently obtained a new job and needed to gather more information on CD cases and DVD cases. Things were really getting crazy and I needed to drop by National Audio during lunch. Unfortunately, the thought hadn't even occurred to me that I should have scheduled an appointment instead of just dropping by. But, National Audio Company was fabulous!! The lady at the front desk, Janine I think, was so great! She just began handing me all of these samples of various cases, told me about their sales before the New Year, and was very informative about how petroleum would be going up in 2006. Janine also put me right on their mailing list for their 2006 catalogs and was going to follow-up with me via phone after the 1st of the year. How great was that? I am used to getting the "brush off" and the half sales pitch so that someone could get to their much needed lunch. Not at National Audio; their main goal is complete customer satisfaction and they got it!
