Review content:
Cartel continues to grow and update itself in the same manner it does its patrons! The salon itself is somewhat small but not at all cramped. The staff are tried and true, and you will find there is a stylist for everyone. They are up to date on the latest trends and technologies yet still maintain their small town comfort. Prices are on the high side but still far lower than those you will find in Manhattan. You may not be asked to slip into a fancy robe or receive a glass of champagne while you wait, but you will walk out with one of the best haircuts you've ever received. Try them!
