I have been to at least 10 massage therapists in the past 10 years, and Gloria is by far the best. She not only gives a massage that feels amazing, but also one that specifically benefits my heatlh. She knows how to find and treat the areas that are giving me problems. She is focused and used a variety of techniques to work on issues that have plagued me for years. She uses the full hour and draws on much knowledge to ensure that I am doing better upon leaving than when I come in. She always gives suggestions for stretches or other ideas for me to do at home to keep my muscles loose. I would definitely recommend her.
