Review content:
Spend $5K on a new engine that I never really needed with a NEW water-pump included. Did NOT replace the water-pump as quoted and installed the old one back without my consent. The installation was done so bad that it came loose while driving to work over 100 miles away from home and now they refuse to pay the towing bill. I found dirty rags inside the new engine, AC conductor covers and other parts missing were dumped on the back of the van! After the installation the car was doing exactly the SAME issue he said was the reason WHY we needed a new engine to begin with. I finally took the van to the dealership and we were also told that spark plug cables and other parts that should have been replaced were OUTDATED. We tried to reason with this guy and he refuses to pay the towing bill unless we sign a release to come back for repairs if something goes wrong with his lousy work. TO MAKE IT WORSE, we just fond out that the warranty on the engine is VOIDED because they did not replace the water pump as required, as quoted AND as expected.
