UsAir is as the headline reference; a total rip-off. They send a very unprofessional man to your home to try and scare you into buying a service costing 10 times the price advertised (the ole' ""bait & Switch). When you tell them, you're not interested in the extra service they continue to try to bring the price down as if they're given you a deal or doing you a favor. If you still decline the service, you'll get a half-hearted service that really don't amount to anything. You won't receive all that's promised on the advirtisement unless you show them where it's stated on their ad. Very poor business practices. A lesson well learned and a business not worthy of mentioning or recommending to anyone.\r
