I have heard many good things about Rosa's Restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. So, naturally, my wife and I decided to try it last week. Major mistake!! I had , without a doubt , the worst Lazagna dish I ever had. Tasteless, and, mealy, it appeared to be a block of pre frozen something...that tasted nothing like any I've had before. My wife had Veal Parmigan...It too, to quote her, was barely adequate. Neither of us finished our meals. I sent an E mail to Rosa's the next day.. So far.. no reply. That was our first and last visit to Rosa""s. I am just assuming that they, like every one else, are being affected by the economy. But, I don't believe serving sub standard food will help
Pros: reasonably good servicd
Cons: our meals, lasagna and Veal Parmesan were very poor quality
