What is there to say? It's the only place I would ever want to service my car. Rafi provides a level of personal service and honesty not found at any dealer, and I walk away happy every time. Especially as a woman, I find it comforting that he explains what needs to be done and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is priced fairly.
As a local, it also reassures me that Rafi has been involved in making Studio City a better place. He's got roots in our little town, and it shows, not only in his level of service - which is speedy and excellent - but also by how many of his customers have come to be his friends. I have recommended him time and time again, and will continue to do so.
