I have been a student of Shads for some time now. He is an amazing yoga teacher. I cant say enough about him and the space. I am so thankful to have such a gem in the middle of the city..a peaceful retreat from the insanity of Los Angeles. See this man and commit yourself to practice..you'll be amazed at the transformative power of Yoga. Shad brings that to you in his own unique way that stays true to the philosophy of yoga...this is Yoga!\r
