Review content:
Peeks installed Shutters for me in my home. They were poor quality and the Shutters came from China. I was told they would be the same quality as Hunter Douglas. When they installed I had problems opening and closing the Shutters. I wrote it on the install ticket and one even broke. You can even see in my house at night with the Shutters closed. The Salesman would not return calls and when I fianlly got them out they said the factory would have to handle. This problem started from day one. The Shutters have been installed for over two months with no repairs or any action taken. The factory does not return their phone calls and have recently have changed the voice mail not saying their name. I spent $6000 on some really poor quality Shutters. Please help me by not shopping with these people. They are owned by a company in Oklahoma named Mill Creek.
