Review content:
when i turned 40 i realized i needed to get back on the workout wagon. i needed to tone up and lose about 10 lbs. i did the personal trainer route for about 6 mo. i got results initially, but reached a plateau and the trainer was just too busy to give me the attention i wanted and needed. so, i decided to try another route. i was hoping for something that would work and that wouldn't cost as much. i found garth's bootcamp. \r

i found the camp super challenging, but both trainer's were super supportive and motivated. they were also knowledgeable and while in a group they were still able to give individual attention. i love these camps. they're fun and challenging and they work!! i had to take a lung test for my allergist and he was amazed at my lung capacity. i blew a 105 which he said was equal to the lungs of a 25 yr. old. i'm 41! he wanted to know where i worked out;) now, i'm trying to do 3-4 camps per year. if you want a great workout and want to feel comfortable, supported and not break your bank account....genesis fitness camps is the place to go!
Pros: it works!
