Review content:
I've honestly seen better results after completing a 5 week high intensity bootcamp at Genesis than five years with a personal trainer at my gym. I think the reason I saw such improvments is because there is such an emphasis on attendance during its five-day-a-week bootcamps. I never wanted to be the first one in my class to miss! As a result, I am almost 30 seconds faster in my timed mile run, can do 75 pushups in 2 minutes (hooray!) and more toned in my 'lower half' than I was before my two kids were born! I liked that we had a mixture of indoor weight training and outdoor cardio. I loved running in Cheeseman and City Park and really enjoyed the challenge of running stairs at the Capital Building. THANK YOU Garth, JP, Hilary and Heidi for always pushing, encouraging and challenging me. I can't wait for the next camp! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!\r

Pros: Great staff, challenging classes, good mixture of indoor/outdoor activity
Cons: Classes fill up fast & sometimes get crowded when indoors if class if completely full
