Review content:
I completed my first Power camp at the Lodo location. The camp exceeded my expectations. I am not in shape and was nervous that I was not in shape enough to start a boot camp. I was definitely incorrect. I was able to do modifications when needed. The instructors pushed me and were always encouraging and respectful. You just need to give them 100% and you will do great. You have a different instructor each day of the week. They ensure that you have a full body workout for the week. It is definitely a boot camp and not an aerobics class. I left camp in much better shape and felt great. I look forward to taking another camp. They offer memberships now and you get a discount on the camp. I put price as a con. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. I just cannot afford to do this every month. It is comparable to gyms in the downtown area. Pros: Instructors, Fellow Campers, Whole body workout Cons: Price
