Tayst is another average restaurant. I went on NYE and paid over $200 w/out tip for 2 people. Good service from wait staff and good presentation; just average cuisine like every other restaurant I have tried in Nashville. Nothing in the 5 courses was outstanding except the Gingerbread dessert. They do have a great wine list. The standout was the White Bean Hummus with bread. I don't think I would go back unless someone else was paying.
