Review content:
After a heavy rain a water marks appeared near the entrance of my house. I hired G & K Construction at Columbia, MO through ServiceMagic, paid $625 for the repair. IT IS NEVER FIXED!!!!! STILL LEAKING DURING HEAVY RAIN!!!!!!!!! The work was done in 3/2009, was offered a 2yr oral warranty. One day after a heavy rain in late summer 2010 which was within the warranty, I found a puddle of water on the wood floor under the original water marks. Greg Venable, the owner, came put a piece of metal on roof saying it should be finally fixed. Then in middle 2011, water marks started showing up on the same spot again after a heavy rain, at first I thought it was shadow. He got called back again, surely wanted to charge twice for what he failed to deliver in the first place. I have a written contract with him, if all was done in the way as he promised originally, it shouldn’t be leaking. I’m really disappointed at the quality of workmanship of G & K Construction. In 1/2012, Greg said that he has to come in a heavy rain to see where it ACTUALLY leaks. Isn't this what he should have known before he gave me the project proposal years ago?
