\r I've been dealing with a Mr. Ledbetter, a loan officer at the Joyce Branch of United Bank. Mr. Ledbetter was recommended to me by a realtor in Fayetteville as a go to man for home loans. I orginally contacted him the end of Janurary 2011. As of March 11, 2011 I'm still being asked for additional tax documents to determine if they can provide a line of credit for purchasing real estate. I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Mr. Ledbetter and maybe United Bank for real estate loans. I've been strung along and will be flying out tomorrow to Fayetteville to look at properties. However, I won't have an approved letter of credit/preapproval which will be a big handicap in negotiating a purchase(s). As an investor I will be starting over with another lender as of Monday due to the lack of follow through by Mr. Ledbetter. Buyers and investors BEWARE!!!!!\r \r
