For a photo restoration, I initially checked Walgreens where I was told honestly that the resolution would be low due to the sizes they did, and that if I chose to give it a try, I wouldn't have to pay if I didn't want the end product. I chose to check elsewhere. I checked Kurt's thinking I could get better results by going with a smaller size. Here I was told that it would be no problem. The end product was absolutely terrible and not usable in any way! I had received no warnings about resolution and quality, andI was compelled to pay $53! I politely voiced my complaint and that I should have been warned, but nothing was offered, no discount, nothing. As I paid the $53, I received a mumbled ""sorry"". I'm sorry went there and spent a lot of money for absolutely nothing!
