Review content:
I come from Lexington, NC which just happens to be quite famous for it's Barbeque. Just as Kansas City, Memphis, and Texas all have their own special thing, so do us North Carolinians. \r \r I have searched all around Nashville, and I just could not find good Barbeque. People here and there advertise their sauce, and THAT is the first problem. Barbeque is #1 about the MEAT, not the sauce. Jim & Nick's pit cook their meat over hickory, and you can taste it. The barbequed pork is tender and juicy, nearly perfection. And of course the sauce is also delicious, not to sweet, not to spicy. \r \r They have many different sides you can choose from, but I highly recommend the baked beans and french fries. Some of the best of each I've ever had. And get a glass of sweet tea to go with it, you won't be disappointed. The only downside, it's a little pricey. Oh, but it's so worth it! Pros: Food, service, sweet tea Cons: A little pricey.
