I have to say the entire staff including Dr. Jeff was very friendly. I enjoyed the Christian music playing in the office. Basically those are the only positives that I can see. I visited the office 2 days in a row for a crick in my neck. I am VERY accustomed to chiropractic care yet recently moved to Greensboro. while unpacking the boxes I got a crick in my neck. This has happened before, I just needed a manual adjustment. My previous chiropractor is a Palmer graduate and I assumed we would be a good match. NOT TRUE!!! The first visit was a complete disrobing exam and then stays. No adjustment. The second day, after yet another night without sleep Dr. Jeff went over his findings on the very poor quality X-rays. Then he sent in his wife to sell me on a contract care price of over $3,000.00 BEFORE I could be adjusted. Let me ask you, would you sign this without ever having treatment? That is like buying a gift certificate for $3000.00 without tasting the food at the restaurant. BE REAL! In my opinion, that is just a scam. No thank you creepy Dr. Jeff.
