Review content:
Accidentally left dry cleaning, including very nice comforter, for more than three weeks before pickup. Went to pick them up, the clothes were there but the expensive comforter was gone. They said they could not find it. When I asked if their computer system showed that it had been picked up, which it had not, they hesitated and said ""yes"". They then pretended to continue the search which makes no sense if they really thought it had been picked up. They made no offer to replace it and still charged me for the clothes even though they no longer had my comforter. As a side note, the woman behind the counter is very unfriendly and not the least bit apologetic.
Pros: Good at Being Dishonest (best thing I can say about them)
