Review content:
This is the very worst shop I have ever dealt with in thirty years of owning cars. I Brought my van to them because it was not shifting out of first. they took it but did not offer an estimate at that time as is required by state law. after one week they called to say it was ready and that the bill would be 1987 dollars. We picked up the van and paid in full at that time. We were given a receipt which stated that we had to bring the van in within seven days to be checked out or our warranty would be null and void. We drove 3 miles to a store and the van would not start. The next day I went to their office to ask if their was any chance the problem could be related to the work just done. The owner Michael Speight flew into a rage and first tried to intimidate me through shouting and finger pointing which rapidly progressed to actual threats and ordering me of his property. I immediately left and he followed me out the the door still shouting threats.
We drove the van 150 miles in the next few days and then it broke down again with the same problem. We had it towed to them in compliance with our warranty. They accepted the vehicle but again offered no estimate of cost. After nine days they called us to pick up the van. When we arrived they presented us with a work order form which stated that we owed them 587 dollars and that our warranty was null and void because I had tampered with the kickdown cable while replacing the alternator. This was false and I told them so at the time. They told me I had no choice but to pay the bill. I said that I wanted to inspect the van to see if any work had actually been done. They refused and both michael and shaun speight flew into a rage and ordered us of the property. I still had the work order in my hand. Shaun speight demanded it back. I refused and she attacked me and elbowed me in the chest in order to wrest the document from my hand. My wife and i left at that point with the witness we had brought. We called the police as soon as we left the building.
currently THey are holding our van and refusing to release it unless we sign the fraudulent work order and pay the bill they presented plus 25 dollars a day in storage fees.
If you value your car do not ever use this business
Cons: total rip off
