My husband and I brought our car there but returned it a month later because of several different reasons. There was problem with something near the tires and they said they would fix but they wouldn't. Second, we asked them to put the car in my name because he was having some issues with his license but they put it in his name and mine second. So when we went to go pick up the memo title they had his first name spelled wrong it was missing our last name. The guy told us to meet him up at the title place the next day to get fixed but the original was already at the finance office in Florence. When I called back the next week to see what was going on he yelled at me and told me to take the effort I was calling him to take that effort into fixing my husbands license. I think I forgot to mention that the temp tags where expired in a couple of days and we wanted the fixed title to get plates.
DON'T EVER BY FROM THEM THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.
