The first person in customer service could not help because he was ""not logged in."" Then a woman helped me with a return but took 15 minutes to find out about how to load the Kroger debit card. Said to go to register. The guy at the register had no idea how the loading process worked and I was there almost 45 minutes. While I was in the process of getting the card loaded and finished at the self-checkout, the guy told another woman to check out at the same self-checkout unit I was still using. I was standing in front of it and she tried to push me aside so she could use it. She started verbally assaulting me as she called her friends on her cellphone to share her experience trying to take over my register. The guy should have never told her to use the register I was still using and just sat back enjoying the craziness by this sick woman. It took a lot of maturity and class not to tell this woman off but I was not going down to her sick level. After I finally got my funds loaded on my Kroger debit card, the guy said that ""the funds would not be available yet."" I called the manager over to help but he merely stood there and did nothing. Finally the card worked and I checked out. This store must cater to the lowest class of humanity as it seemed everyone I ran into was in a different world. This store definitely needs new management & a lot of new training.
