My wife, two kids, and I recently visited the J C Penny Photo Studio. We made an appointment a few weeks earlier and showed up a bit early for our appointment. We waited for two hours and there were only a few seats available. We were rushed through our shoot and the photographers aid said that they had enough proofs for us. When we were asked to pick out the shots for our pictures there were only five that came out and only one that was cute enough for our holiday cards. The girl was very impatient with my children. It seemed like there was no leader there and everyone that worked there was upset for being there. Needless to say, we choose one picture and the package came out to like 90 dollars. We did not expect to get the little we got for the price we paid. The year before we went to Walmart and they did a great job.
Pros: They had movies playing for the kids in the waiting area.
Cons: It was a tiny, over-heated area with few available seats. The employees were all young and rude.
