Do not use their services! I rented their chair covers and table linens for my wedding. Their delivery and set up team were almost 2 hours late when the company is located only 1 mile away from the reception site (the reason why I hired them in the first place). The company has our cell phone numbers and the ceremony/reception site?s phone number on record. Any one from their company could have called us the moment they got lost. Instead, we had to call their company numerous times. (They have 3 different phone numbers listed on their web site and contract, but when we called, all 3 numbers went straight to the answer machines). We eventually reached them and found out that they got lost, which none of us believe. I don't live in the city that I work at. But, I still know the area within 5 or 6 miles radius pretty well. How can?t they not know where 9 Mile Rd. in Ferndale is when the company is located on 8 Mile Rd., Ferndale?\r \r When Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rentals finally arrived, they only sent two staff. Two people to set up both the ceremony and reception sites in less than 1 hour!!??\r \r Worst of all, none of them knew what needed to be done. We spent time and discussed what we wanted our ceremony/reception site to look like previously with the company. They told us they are ?professionals? and will handle everything. Obviously, there?s no internal communications at the company. Not only we needed to explain everything all over again with their delivery and set up team, due to the time restrain, my bridesmaids had to help their staff setting up, too. Then, why should we pay them extra fees to set up and tear down?\r \r In a hurry, the pins they used for the tablecloths were all over outside the linens. Isn?t there a safety procedure? What happens if one of the pins cut my guests?\r \r I want to warm any prospect couples not to hire them for your wedding. Don?t let them destroy your special day!
