Hired these guys to do a complete AC install this past summer. I ended up with the most frustrating experience of my life as a home owner. Sales visit went oh so smooth and i was blown away by the promises. Then it all fell apart after i hired them. Back to back no shows. Couldnt get them to start the work as promised and worse still, they would not return calls or emails. When they eventually responded and started work, they completed a couple of rooms and just disappeared for a week. I would have given an arm just to get them to return my calls. Eventually managed to claw, bite and drag Team Comfort into completing the work but lost quite a bit of hair in the process. Then they had to come back and fix multiple issues from sloppy workmanship. What a nightmare. If you like chasing contractors around to complete work you are paying for, you will love Team Comfort. If not, RUN the other way. And don't fall for the ""I am the nice NEW owner and will make you happy"" line. Run even faster.
